Reservation Policies
Payment for the overnight weekend covers lodging and meals during the course of the retreat. Separate overnight accommodations are provided for you and your fiancée. Payment can be made via credit card or check. Credit card processing through Paypal is the fastest form of payment accepted, and can be used even if you don’t have a Paypal account! Payment via check are not complete until payment is received. Checks should be made payable to San Jose Catholic Engaged Encounter and sent to:

All cancellations earlier than 30 days before your scheduled weekend will incur a $60.00 administrative processing fee. If you cancel less than 2 weeks before your scheduled weekend, we are unable to issue any refund due to the policy restrictions at the retreat facility. In the event that you need to reschedule to a different weekend, please contact as early as possible to ensure we are able to accommodate you.
Please note virtual retreats are not 10 days long. There are two short live sessions. One is on day 1 and the other is on day 10. More details are provided on the virtual retreat page. Thank you.
